VPNconfigs is a platform that allows users to upload, share, and download VPN configuration files for educational and informational purposes. These files may be used with applications such as HA Tunnel, HTTP Injector, Stark VPN, HTTP Custom, and other VPN tools.

VPNconfigs does not guarantee that any configuration file will provide free internet access or work on all networks.

To access certain features of the platform, users may be required to create an account. By creating an account, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You will not share your account credentials with others.
• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

Users may apply to become Creators in order to upload VPN configuration files. Creators must:

• The content does not contain malware or harmful code.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent banning.

Files shared on VPNconfigs are uploaded by community members. VPNconfigs does not guarantee:

Users download and use files at their own risk.

• Approve or reject files.

Users may rate files and creators. To maintain fairness:

• Users may only rate once per file.
• Manipulation of ratings is prohibited.

VPNconfigs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Network restrictions.
• Internet service provider policies.
• Any damages caused by downloaded files.
• Loss of data or service interruptions.
