• Your full name and contact information (email address).
• A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
• The exact URL or location on VPNconfigs where the infringing content is located.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

Requests that do not include all required information may not be processed.

DMCA notices should be submitted through the Contact page on VPNconfigs or sent to the platform administrator.

After receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the request and may remove or disable access to the reported content.

Once a valid DMCA notice is received:

• The reported content may be temporarily removed or disabled.
• The user who uploaded the content may be notified.
• The user may have the opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

VPNconfigs reserves the right to remove content immediately if it clearly violates copyright laws.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

• Your name and contact information.
• Identification of the content that was removed.
• The location where the content appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

If a valid counter-notification is received, the content may be restored unless the copyright owner files a legal action.

VPNconfigs reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload content that infringes copyright.

VPNconfigs is a user-generated content platform where files are uploaded by community members. We do not claim ownership of files uploaded by users and do not actively monitor every upload.

However, we will respond to valid copyright complaints and take appropriate action when necessary.
